Target group
This highly practical course aims to build confidence as well as training technique. Participants will have the opportunity of delivering two presentations with one being recorded on DVD for personal analysis.
Learning objectives
At the completion of this course participants should be able to:

- conduct a discussion using four different types of questioning techniques
- list at least three ways to help participants transfer learning back to the workplace
